Seen below are the variety of repairs that can be done to Birkenstocks.
There are a variety of ways that Birkenstocks can be repaired. One of these repairs are patching. If your Birkenstocks have torn leather, we can patch it and have them looking good as new. In addition to leather patching, we can also stretch the footwear. This is done by using the “true stretch” method; placing a shoe stretcher in the shoe overnight. This allows for a better fitting shoe and happy feet! Along with patching and stretching, we can also replace the buckles on Birkenstocks.
Birkenstocks can also we resoled. We can replace the bottom with genuine Birkenstock materials. Another common Birkenstock repair is to recraft. Recrafting is replacing the entire footbed and sole, basically replacing everything but the leather or upper. This is also done using genuine Birkenstock materials.
Along with the previously mentioned repairs, we can also repair the footbed and the sole of the shoe. By using the genuine Birkenstock materials we are able to repair these. So, if the cork in your Birkenstocks are looking worn, cork renewal will give them a fresh and new finish. We can also recraft your Birkenstocks. Which means that your old cork foot bed will be replaced with new Birkenstock material. In addition to cork renewal and recrafting, we can also resole your shoes. The Birkenstock sole material is custom ground to shape by our expert staff, creating a new sole to replace the tattered old one. As a result, this leaves the shoe looking as good as new.
